You are expected to follow leaders' instructions and comply with the Country
Code.

membership cards where Reserve visits are expected.
Where other Sites are to be visited, please bring appropriate WWT or National
Trust cards if available.
Car trips: Meet as the rendezvous point as

Coach trips: Advance booking is necessary, and the full amount must have
been paid a month before the date of departure.
Where a cancellation is received within a month of the departure date, the
right is reserved to retain up to the full amount paid, should the need arise.
Please note that coach trips will be liable to cancellation should there be
insufficient support to cover the full cost of coach hire.
All RSPB coach trips leave from outside the Octagon Theatre at the time stated.
